How to use QCarbo 16Oz 

For same-day detox results, please follow these easy instructions:

• Shake the bottle and drink the entire 16oz of Qcarbo16 over the course of 30 minutes to an hour.
• For your comfort, wait 15 minutes and drink an additional 16oz of water over the course of 30 minutes to an hour.
• Be sure to urinate frequently; this is a part of the elimination process and important for a successful cleanse

Helpful tips for a successful detox

• Learn more about a pre-cleanse.
• When cleansing your system, it is important to drink at least 48oz of water per day and we also recommend avoiding toxins.
• Best when taken on an empty stomach. However, if you have a sensitive stomach, you may eat something light (like toast or crackers).
